Our Box Office is open for bookings online 24/7, via telephone on 01242 258002 (Mon–Fri, 9am-12noon) and email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you refrain from booking in person unless you are buying on the door an hour before a show opens.
Changing your mind due to Covid concerns:
All shows are currently running as planned. If the performance you have booked for has not been cancelled, then we will not issue a refund, exchange or credit as per our terms and conditions.
Testing positive for Covid-19 ahead of a booked show:
If you cannot attend a show because you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for Covid -19, then we regret that we are unable to refund tickets, but you are able to pass your tickets on to somebody else.
We ask you to please undertake your own health risk assessment and consider if, due to any personal vulnerabilities, you are ready to attend an event. Once you purchase a ticket you are confirming your attendance and we will not be able to issue a refund, exchange or credit unless we cancel a show.
Your Safety is our Priority
As we open our doors this season, we want to reassure you that your safety is our priority and we are working hard to ensure you have an enjoyable and safe visit.
We continue our additional cleaning measures, keep the Theatre ventilated with fresh air through our side vents, and continue to provide hand sanitiser stations around the building. We support customers to continue to wear masks in the Theatre if they wish to.
Please play your part in helping us to help you by adhering to all safety measures in place at the event, including observing directions given by staff. Be kind to staff and respect other customers, keeping your distance where you can and appreciate that some people may still be apprehensive.
