Festival Volunteers

The Tuckwell Amphitheatre plays host to the Cheltenham Open-Air Theatre Festival between the 15th July and 1st August every summer.  With some of the best in open-air touring productions as well as shows by local amateur companies, the festival has fast gained a reputation as an idyllic spot for a fantastic night of entertainment on a balmy summer’s evening!

Did you know this special annual event is staffed entirely by hard-working dedicated volunteers? We are looking for committed, arts-loving people to join our team for this summer. Roles include car park stewarding; taking tickets; ushering and generally ensuring everyone is having a good time! In return you will get to watch the shows for free; spend a summer’s evening in the most picturesque setting in Cheltenham; be part of a fun team and enjoy the chance to socialise with a range of enthusiast, like-minded people; and most importantly get to wear this season’s must-have Tuckwell t-shirt! What more could you wish for?
