In person: Give us a call on 01242 258002 to arrange a convenient time and your tickets will be made ready for collection. The box office is at the top of the stairs in the theatre foyer and is mainly open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.

By telephone: Call the Box Office on 01242 258002. Although we do our best to man the phones Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, we are a small team and on odd occasions this is not possible. Our friendly 24hr answering machine will not bite and is checked several times a day. We guarantee to return all calls.

By post: Please send us details of your requirements, your payment and an SAE. click here for our postal address.

Fax: We are also happy to receive bookings through fax on 01242 258007. Remember to include your telephone number.

TicketWeb: You can book your tickets from online or call their 24hr call centre on: 08700 600 100. A booking fee applies.

Payment: We accept cash, cheques (payable to Dean Close Services Ltd.), postal orders and all major credit / debit cards, excluding American Express (subject to a £1.00 fee if postage is required). There is no additional charge for pre-paid tickets to be held by the box office for collection on the evening of the performance.

Concessions: These apply to over 60's, students, children under 18, UB40 holders and registered disabled patrons. ID may be required. Generous discounts can be offered to groups of 10 or more. Please call the box office for details.

Return of tickets: We regret that we are unable to refund tickets unless a show is cancelled. We will try to re-sell them for you if an event is sold out.
