Debbie has a wealth of experience in the entertainments industry with lots of customer service and arts administration experience. From box office enquiries and marketing activity, to finance and Front of House operations; Debbie has plenty to keep her busy. She may also be found Duty Managing events alongside our team of cheery ushers and bar staff.
Matt Reading, Technical Manager
Matt joined us from the glamorous world of Butlins. Matt has swapped his life operating lights for the likes of Scouting For Girls and The Hoosiers, for a varied schedule supporting touring companies and local amateur groups. Matt has a knack for keeping calm under pressure and brings heaps of lighting and AV experience to the role.
Emily Smith, Theatre Administrator
Emily is organised, confident and motivated. She is passionate about customer service and administration. Through working in the Education Sector for the past six years, she has experience in a variety of roles in different departments, including administration, IT, PR and marketing and reprographics.
Mark Elford, Duty Manager
Mark is a very talented sound engineer with a wide variety of experience. From working pantomimes to live bands to dance acts to theatre, Mark keeps cool under pressure and goes above and beyond to assist in delivering the best show to audiences.
Sonia Hyatt, Duty Manager
Sonia brings a friendly face and excellent of customer service to her role as a Duty Manager, managing events with every care and good humour.
Lorna Powell, Duty Manager
Lorna is a welcome addition to the team of Duty Managers and brings warmth and energy to show nights, ensuring that the evening runs smoothly and everyone has a good time.
